Q. How much do you require for a deposit?
A. Depending on which service or Package you book will depend on the deposit. The deposits generally run between $200.00 to $1500; the balance is due 2 weeks before the event.
Q. Why do we want the balance 2 weeks before the event?
A. We feel that it is unprofessional to be collecting fees at an event. Further reasons can be discussed with our financial manager.
Q. What time does the DJ/Photographer(s)/Videographer(s) arrive to set up?
A. In most cases one hour or earlier prior to the beginning of the event to give us plenty of time to set up the equipment. If you require an early set up where we will be required to make two trips, there is an additional fee. If you have a photographer or videographer they will arrive to a Buffalo wedding around 30min prior. If you are having a wedding in pittsburgh or erie, pa we will arrive up to an hour before hand!
Q. What type of music will you play at our event?
A. We have over 50,000 hits on our digital system at your wedding. The music is based on the age of the crowd and on our professional judgement. We also take into consideration your requests but we know what gets people on the dance floor. Specialty dances by the bridal party are solely your requests. We are the only company in WNY who pays royalties to the record labels, therefore we have access to over a 500,000 songs! Getting the song for your special day, is no problem!
Q. What type of attire will your DJ, Photographer, or Videographer be wearing?
A. We dress for the occasion. For weddings the attire is formal mainly a tuxedo, corporate events require corporate dress. If you're having a birthday or theme party then we dress to fit in.
Q. What does your basic DJ equipment include?
A. State of the art digital DJ laptop (backups on site) and always reliable Disc Jockey software.

Q. What if we want more lighting?

Q. Do you provide back-up equipment, if so, what?
A. Yes we do. We Never leave the loading station without extra equipment.
Q. If we're not current with the latest artist and titles, can you assist us with our selection?
A. Yes, provided with your package is our "Popular Music List". We also suggest that you start right away writing down a list of your favorite songs as you hear them on the radio. About 1 month before the event mail or fax us your list so we can be prepared. Of course we will bring plenty of selections with us for your guests' requests.
Q. Are our Engagement photos included in our package?
A. Depends on your package, the Engagement session is usually included but with most wedding photography the copyright release and photos is not included. If you wanted to purchase prints we do the design work for free, but if you want to purchase the copyright release that would be an additional $250.
Q. How do I pick a DJ, Videographer or Photographer?
A. We pick them with you by your style, wedding, and personality. Every wedding is different, and we understand that. We'll help you choose the best choice for your wedding day! Our people will be the best choice for your wedding day!
